Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries:

Delivery within Germany – free shipping from €40.00 order value.

Deliveries to EU Countries: €18.99

Deliveries to NON-EU Countries:

up to 5 kg: €24.99

over 5 kg: €49.99

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, delivery of goods within Germany takes 1–2 days, and 3–5 days for international deliveries after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

For items marked “made to order,” production begins immediately after receipt of payment. The delivery period will be communicated by us via e-mail or telephone.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together in one shipment, unless a different agreement has been made with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
